Significant Success and Experience in Project Management HDS Corporation – Led the implementation of new SAP CRM, distribution and inventory systems, capturing customer and order data, and reducing cost of lost and outdated inventory by $35 million per year. Implementation included technology, business processes and managed change. HR Textron, Inc. – Implemented SAP ERP. Improved service delivery in payroll, financials and budget control by 22% while not increasing staff. Kaiser Permanente – Implemented the National Clinic Information System, a 50,000-hour project.  Generated over $10 million in revenue, significantly improved the ability to improve physicians’ orders and medical records. Physician acceptance enhanced while implementing process and product adoption methodologies. Infrastructure American Airlines – Security policy and implementation at the SABRE headquarters in Tulsa, OK City of Houston – As Project Coordinator, performed project and financial management for the Network Improvement Project (NIP) replacing the network infrastructure throughout the City of Houston’s 400+ sites including circuits, equipment, cabling and configurations for accesses and distributions.
